Please allow 2–4 weeks depending on design complexity and order volume.

Rush Orders

• 7–13 business days: +$25
• 3–6 business days: +$50
• 48-hour rush: Starting at +$75

Rush availability is not guaranteed and must be approved before payment.

💰 DEPOSIT & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

A 100% non- refundable payment is required to begin custom design work.

The payment must be completed before any work begins. 

Because each piece is custom-made specifically for the customer:

• Custom orders are final sale.
• No refunds due to changes of mind.
• Customer-approved designs cannot be changed without an additional design fee.
• Major design changes after approval may require an additional charge.
• Final colors may vary slightly from screen images.
